Over prayed with extra charges Upon pickup Bought a new lock cylinder from Mike Van, I dropped off my key for them to code to the lock , Which I had assumed was included. No one contacted me telling me there would be an extra charge when I come to pick it up, I could’ve paid 1/3 of the price to have the lock delivered to my house, as I walked into the parts department there with another customer complaining about an overcharge he was not aware of, you have totally lost my business. I may just be one person but I am expanding my business and looking to buy more vehicles. After reading more reviews online I don’t think I will ever step foot in your store again, very sorry More

Noisy rad fan My 2011 F-150 had a rad fan that was noisy (seemed to be running fast). It is quieter so far after having some coolant added. The dealership has been exellent The dealer has been excellent but the sun roof on our 2016 Ford Edge has been nothing but problems. We've had to have it replaced twice in the last ye The dealer has been excellent but the sun roof on our 2016 Ford Edge has been nothing but problems. We've had to have it replaced twice in the last year as it keeps cracking. The service has been nothing but excellent and very accommodating each time but it has been extremely inconvenient to have to get this work done as we live outside of the city. We really like the vehicle but we really hate the sunroof. We're scared to even open it as it might crack again and maybe shatter. My husband would love to buy a Focus RS but doesn't want to have to worry about having to deal with poor workmanship from the factory. More
