Longest Oil Change EVER Went in for an oil change and tire change last week and the mechanic somehow managed to smash my windshield. As unimpressed as I was, I understand that accidents happen--that isn't why I'm leaving a bad review. No, it was how the situation was handled afterwards to really annoyed me. They kept my car for an extra day to replace the windshield, but ordered in the wrong one. This is the same dealership I bought the car from, so I do not know how they could have screwed that up. I only found out about the mix up when I finally called to see if the car was ready for pick-up because I hadn't heard from Northstar all day. 4pm on a Friday, they tell me I'll have to return the following week because they screwed up. Finally, on day THREE I got my car back in one piece. There was no compensation offered for taking up two extra days of my time and no apology given. More

Over prayed with extra charges Upon pickup Bought a new lock cylinder from Mike Van, I dropped off my key for them to code to the lock , Which I had assumed was included. No one contacted me telling me there would be an extra charge when I come to pick it up, I could’ve paid 1/3 of the price to have the lock delivered to my house, as I walked into the parts department there with another customer complaining about an overcharge he was not aware of, you have totally lost my business. I may just be one person but I am expanding my business and looking to buy more vehicles. After reading more reviews online I don’t think I will ever step foot in your store again, very sorry More
