Excellent Followup Service Our F350 needed an additional follow up appointment (wheel alignment) to complete the service program. Like our previous appointment last week, the Our F350 needed an additional follow up appointment (wheel alignment) to complete the service program. Like our previous appointment last week, the service team got us in quickly and had us back on the road in short order. The team kept me posted on progress while I waited in the lounge. Kudos to our primary service advisor, Cassandra Walker and her alternate, Fiona Rea, for having the paperwork ready for our arrival and getting the truck into the work bay first thing in the morning.
