Amazing service from start to finish! I booked my Ford Edge in for brake work at Crowfoot Ford. I got in very quickly and Mitch was amazing from start to finish. He called first thing in the morning with a diagnosis and also let me know that my spark plugs needed changing. He communicated in "detail" why and how things were being done. My headlights were aimed funny and I asked him if he could fix them and he said "no problem". :) When I picked up my vehicle Mitch came out and spent probably 15 minutes explaining everything to us once again. He was knowledgable, articulate, professional and VERY friendly! Give that man a raise! :) Thanks Mitch, and everyone at Crowfoot Ford in Calgary. More

Rectified a difficult problem with 100% result I appreciated that the people at Ford Service stayed with me until the problem was solved. It wasn't problem as the "creaking" noise I had would not I appreciated that the people at Ford Service stayed with me until the problem was solved. I was also impressed with the fact that they were willing to send a courtesy car if it was difficult for me to arrange a ride. More
