Fairly smooth except for shuttle pickup. I called the shuttle driver to pick me up at 4. He asked if I could make 3:30 for pick up . I said fine. He said I be there right after the university pick up. He did not show up until 4:35. When he arrived, I said you are late. His response: The university pick up called him at at 340 for pick up. The driver made arrangements with me for pick up at 3:30. No apology....not acceptable service. More
