Great personnel I have had to wait in long lines to drop my car off in the past but recently have not had to at all. People who take the cars in are incredibly nice a I have had to wait in long lines to drop my car off in the past but recently have not had to at all. People who take the cars in are incredibly nice and helpful. I struggle a lot with getting my stroller through the doors when the bay door is closed. Not only is there no open button but the two doors are so close together it is impossible to go through one at a time. It did not help that three employees walked by me without helping. Even if the pavement outside (sidewalk) was decent or large enough it would help. More

Improve services to meet customer needs I booked a 10:00 am appointment for a routine Service of my Ford Escape on Friday June 10th . After the paperwork was completed, I asked Lynn what ti I booked a 10:00 am appointment for a routine Service of my Ford Escape on Friday June 10th . After the paperwork was completed, I asked Lynn what time my car would be ready. She told me around 4 -4:30 pm. I told her that I needed my car at 3:00 pm to go to work. She told me that there were a lot of cars ahead of mine and I had to "wait my turn". I told her that I made an appointment so that I would have the car ready by 3:00. That gave the Service department a 5 hour window. She was not willing to help me and work with me. I was upset and stressed about how I was going to get to work that day. I also had a dent on my passenger car door and asked if I could book an appointment with the body shop for an estimate. I told her I had the Wear Care Package. She told me I had to go through my insurance company because Ford "does not cover any dents" I tried to explain to her that I purchased this package at time of sale and I had coverage. Than she continue to belittle me as if I was stupid and refused to help me. I was so upset about how I was being treated by Lynn that I went into the Dealership and complained to a Service Advisor Michael Cox. I later spoke to the Service Manager Rob Meade, and expressed my dissatisfaction with my experience with Lynn. This was the second time I received bad customer service and left angry. I believe that if the service departments in your dealerships followed your mission, Ford would be more successful in the market with repeat satisfied customers. " mission is to improve continually our products and services to meet our customers’ needs, allowing us to prosper as a business and to provide a reasonable return for our stockholders, the owners of our business" We own 3 Fords in our household. F150 truck, Escape and Focus. All purchase with the last 2 years. Improvements to the Service department would keep us as customers. Hopefully Rob Meade can manage his team and improve customer experiences in his department. More
