It was determined they did have an Escape that we were interested in, on their Cochrane lot. Taylor personally ensured the Escape was brought to the Calgary dealership on Monday morning. The Escape was in great condition, and we took it home later in the week. We would recommend Taylor as someone to talk to in the Northstar Sales staff. Let him help you find you your next vehicle. Warranty coverage Had to get a new clutch installed under warranty coverage. Will not purchase another Ford vehicle. Suffered with a jerky transmission since the vehicle was new. Had to take it back many times. Not what you would expect with a new vehicle. I regret the purchase. More

Friendly...but not the greatest Took my F150 for an oil change and to investigate a noise from the brakes. I always expect an add on or two recommended anywhere but to recommend $900 additional on top of what was only a $300 job seems to be pushing it slightly. Needless to say I didn't go ahead with their recommendations. Oh yeah, and they also took two chunks out of my alloy wheel moving the car into their service bay. It was made clear that they would pay for this damage, that I need not worry. How gracious of them. I give 3 stars and not less because the lady I emailed to set up the appointment and the guy I spoke to on the day were both pleasant and responded quickly to any questions I had.
