No disclosure They try and steal your money with an environmental fee, even when they don’t do anything of any kind of disposal. They don’t tell you about this fee when you bring vehicle in for service. Just a scam to get more money and the rate per hour is outrageous. And the young girl at service desk was a snotty little xxxxx. Maybe she should try and smile and have a little empathy toward the customer. As well as the other two women in the service pickup area that just closed the window and scowled and frowned at me and talked so I couldn’t hear them talking about me. I will never go back there and would never recommend ford again. I will probably never by a Ford again as well. Just horrible service. You should be honest and make your slogan “come in, we will steal your money” Liane was ok. The other three in pickup area were horrible. They didn’t even close my glove box and when I went to close it, I found that my latch is broken. Just a bad experience. More

But, when the car is new, any problem is going to stink that much more. With the help of Cassandra, and Rob, I believe that after several attempts to fix the many things wrong with this car, they finally got it taken care of. Just in time for me to sell it. More

Regular Service, Excellent Experience at Northstar Ford Pulled up to the door, it promptly went up and I was welcomed with a warm smile and wave from adviser Liane. However as this was the 3rd time, I question what was researched in the past. I did my own research to determine there was an identified by Ford oil pan issue. My garage floor and driveway have many oil stains. More

I had no idea as no one had told me. The techs came to the truck and could not figure out what had been done or how to explain. Not a great service experience for first time. More

Best Customer Service experience I went in for a service on my 2016 f150 and decided to talk to someone about my lease as it was ending in a few months, I was set up with Heather (who I went in for a service on my 2016 f150 and decided to talk to someone about my lease as it was ending in a few months, I was set up with Heather (who wasn’t actually supposed to be there until later but she didn’t check the schedule) she was super nice and helpful, looked at my current lease and while waiting had my truck appraised and found that I would save by ending the lease now and getting a new 2018 F150, we took one for a test drive as well as an explorer (that I was considering) once we decided to go forward with the purchase she lined everything up, She was really helpful and provided lots of information to help me make the decision but I didn’t feel pressured like I have by previous sales rep. Thanks Heather for making this purchase great! For The finance part of the purchase I was passed over to Sam D. He was Great! He Went above and beyond. Probably the best service I’ve had from a dealership! More
