Great follow through Brought the 2015 Edge in for a scheduled FMPP Oil change - everything went quick however there was a faulty seal on the new filter; Fiona was notified Brought the 2015 Edge in for a scheduled FMPP Oil change - everything went quick however there was a faulty seal on the new filter; Fiona was notified and she got me back in ASAP to get it fixed and replaced however there was a damaged oil filter shield which needed to be ordered and shipped from Edmonton; Fiona was awesome and great follow up and getting things corrected and dealt with ASAP was in and out in 30 minutes and back on the road to work.
