Great follow through Brought the 2015 Edge in for a scheduled FMPP Oil change - everything went quick however there was a faulty seal on the new filter; Fiona was notified Brought the 2015 Edge in for a scheduled FMPP Oil change - everything went quick however there was a faulty seal on the new filter; Fiona was notified and she got me back in ASAP to get it fixed and replaced however there was a damaged oil filter shield which needed to be ordered and shipped from Edmonton; Fiona was awesome and great follow up and getting things corrected and dealt with ASAP was in and out in 30 minutes and back on the road to work. Just someone that you can be comfortable talking about your car/truck servicing needs with. We had planned on buying a Truck and an escape at the same time and after buying the truck, had a terrible feeling about Ford. Mitch has changed my mind, and we are reconsidering purchasing! More

Quick and Professional My vehicle broke down near this dealership and I had it towed there, otherwise I would have never used this dealership as I live far south. They were professional and easy to deal with (I was having an awful day.) The breakdown was caused by a part that was covered under extended warranty, and they had the problem fixed incredibly quickly. I then added a few service requests, and the resulting work was completed before the end of the day. These guys are quicker than Maclin or Metro Ford (shhhhh). More
