Given wrong information While they did book me in last minute when I had an emergency with my vehicle, flat tire that needed repair/replacing, they were unable to repair and While they did book me in last minute when I had an emergency with my vehicle, flat tire that needed repair/replacing, they were unable to repair and said I would have to wait a week until my tire would be available. I declined this as I was traveling out of province that day, the advisor stated there was nothing they could do, and didn't even offer me suggestions about what I could do next. I requested my vehicles tire information. the service advisor provided me with INCORRECT information on tire size, which caused me to look around for a tire not even for my vehicle. It was another establishment that pointed out this error and was able to get me my exact tire mounted and installed SAME DAY. For a Ford dealership I was extremely disappointed in this service and wonder if the advisor even looked up the correct information to start with. The receptionist was extremely warm and kind, as was the lady I dealt with at the service window who offered me a couple suggestions on where to look for a tire. More

Lengthy Wait - Recommended for Now Based on Previous Service I have always had stellar service from Northstar as I usually deal with Fiona and she always asks when I need to have my truck back and it's always on I have always had stellar service from Northstar as I usually deal with Fiona and she always asks when I need to have my truck back and it's always on time. This time around, because I work very early in the morning, I did the overnight drop. I put on the envelope I needed it by 330pm and Mitch called to confirm all the details and I said I would be at the dealership by 400pm. I realize that it's not a guarantee but I was literally the last truck out of the service bay at 545pm ... it didn't appear that any consideration for my original ask for a time window was thought of. Looking to upgrade my truck to a 2017 in the next year, I sure hope that my next service is a bit better or I will look to another dealer. Mitch was overall very nice and apologized, but not an ideal experience. More
