Ford Focus was in for a recall. NorthStar Ford in Calgary was very accommodating, doing a recall ahead of Ford scheduled date. Recall confirmed no safety issue. I had asked them to NorthStar Ford in Calgary was very accommodating, doing a recall ahead of Ford scheduled date. Recall confirmed no safety issue. I had asked them to confirm stutter problem on acceleration. They did diagnostics and found a defective throttle body. Replaced it under warranty. Work was done efficiently and Focus is running and accelerating much better now. More
