An Awesome Experience! We purchased our new Expedition at Northstar Ford and it was a stress free process. This was my first time bringing the vehicle in for service work a We purchased our new Expedition at Northstar Ford and it was a stress free process. This was my first time bringing the vehicle in for service work and I was blown away by the customer service I received from everyone there. I originally was just having an oil change but there were some other issues discovered that they worked on right away. While I waited I was constantly asked if I needed anything and Ray even offered to pick me up some breakfast! Afterwards, Fiona went over everything and even introduced me to the gentleman who worked on my vehicle. They did 6 hours of work in 2.5 and my vehicle runs better than ever! Big thanks to Fiona, Ray, Ryan and the whole Northstar team!! More
