Really good!! A leak of head gasket (pinion seal as well as 8 additional gaskets) being replaced during one service. I think that this is exactly what has been a recall on some newer model Escapes.. Additionally, 6 weeks later a leak was noticed which resulted in the oil pan gasket replacement. I have my fingers crossed that the leaks do not materialize again but have the service records close at hand just in case. More

Good service The employees were friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with the staff or service at Northstar Ford. My only concern is that they estimat The employees were friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with the staff or service at Northstar Ford. My only concern is that they estimated it would cost $150 to diagnose the problem with my seatbelts not retracting well; the cost to actually fix the problem would have been above that. That price seemed excessive to me, so I declined to have them look at the seatbelts. More

Not Helpful, go somewhere else! Brought in my Ford Fiesta because the immobilizer light is on while driving. They saw the problem, and said they "cleared a code." They blamed a dead Brought in my Ford Fiesta because the immobilizer light is on while driving. They saw the problem, and said they "cleared a code." They blamed a dead battery key. With diagnostic and two new CR2032 batteries it came to $250, at no less than $9/battery! I started the car, and the problem is still there. They wrote that the car's battery is dead, but no mention of it verbally or as a potential source of the issue while at the dealer. I am glad they didn't offer to change it, because it would have cost me thousands probably. I was not impressed and would not recommend them. More
