Thank you for your feedback Robert. Our Vice President of Parts & Service received your call today and has left you a message. We will do our best to attempt to work with you and the Manufacturer on the original repair performed at Whitefish Ford in Montana last year. At this is a US dealer we cannot access their repair history but will utilize our Canadian resources to the best of our ability. We see in review of the history on file your vehicle was at our Dealership October 2016 and hadn’t returned until last month (May) for the repairs. The charges applied as your vehicle has travelled over 16,000 kms and has now exceeded Base Vehicle Warranty period (3 years / 60,000 kms) which is likely the issue. Again, we will do our best to see what resolution we can come to.
