She said she was order me a Ac belt under warranty as soon it comes in she would called me. She never did after 2 1/2 weeks She totally forgot but lied to me I didn’t forget. They said they could be here within a day or two always . Not impressed with Britney either this morning because she says over changing systems over Christmas this appointment. Incredibly bad experience with this dealership, not taking responsibilities for their own actions. Sold us truck with troubled engine (light went on 8mo after the purchase) and then on and off every ti taking responsibilities for their own actions. I recently bought from a private seller a Ford Mustang Convertible that had a provincial insurance inspection claiming that the car was “road worthy” in all details. Experiencing an engine vibration I too Convertible that had a provincial insurance inspection claiming that the car was “road worthy” in all details. Experiencing an engine vibration I took to NorthStar Ford. And they found all the problems with the car. That inspection was inaccurate (and I thing fraudulent). Their sympathy for my plight was obvious. From Diana, my Service Advisor, all the way to the top Service manager and back down to the service technicians, they all made their best efforts to fix my car. From the front to the rear suspension, steering and brakes. They repaired it all. As the Service Manager explained “...at least the car is not trying to kill me now!”. While the time and money were a factor, it was the quality of work and the customer service that made it all worth while. I can happily recommend NorthStar Ford to anyone who needs their Ford repaired. More
I recently purchased a used Hyundai Tucson from Northstar. I am not generally a fan of sales people but have to admit that this was a very pleasant experience. A very pleasant experience. Thank you all. Felipe, the Delivery Coordinator was also friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I have to agree with some of the other reviews criticizing the detailing work, it left a lot to be desired (or maybe I was expecting too much). Keep up the good work. More

It was Tommy's first week at Northstar Ford, and we were his first sale. Although he was new to the dealership but his manner and style were very professional, and he made his utmost efforts to find a win-w his first sale.
