I can't thank you enough! I started my truck buying experience with a local dealership that promised me the world and in the end all I got was disappointment. I showed up at North York Chrysler with a bad taste in my mouth from the previous experience and everyone there was so friendly and accommodating! There were a few hurdles but unlike the first dealership, everyone at North York Chrysler was willing to give it their all to help me over them. In the end, I left North York Chrysler with the exact truck that I wanted and much sooner than expected! I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone! More

Unhelpful and Costly Today, I was charged $50 for the following: the mechanic turned my lights on, placed the car in reverse, and told me nothing was wrong. My service at this dealership has always been spotty, and they continually charge me lots of money for add on services that I did not ask for. My last visit was two weeks ago. The representative that I worked with told me the car would be ready in a couple of hours. I came in at 10 am, my car was ready to go by 6:00 pm. This dealership does not appreciate it's customers, and most importantly, they continue to charge their customers ridiculous amounts of money. I do not recommend this dealership. More

Great Customer Service - Easy and Friendly I had to get my regular service done on my Jeep. Turned out I needed a part that would take a few days to come in, due to the fact that it was a Frid I had to get my regular service done on my Jeep. Turned out I needed a part that would take a few days to come in, due to the fact that it was a Friday of a long weekend that I brought it in. My advisor updated me consistently; and as soon as she realized that I wouldn't have it by the end of the day she held a rental for me to come and get, so that there was no delay in me being without a vehicle. Every time I go in there, everyone is attentive and friendly. I've always had a great experience and believe they are amazing with customer service. It has been easy to communicate with them and be understood of what you require or your concerns. More

I have always been treated with respect and NEVER have I received a negative attitude. All the advisers are well educated with any questions I have had on recalls or service issues. A potential disaster could be happen , again I found another harness not properly fit , beside that the engine cover was cracked , all this for me has just one clue, not a perfect job , I've lost the level of my confidence ..... Service I was having isssues with my cluster. I arrived at the dealership after 6 pm and one of the service advisers was leaving for the day. Coat on and bag I was having isssues with my cluster. I arrived at the dealership after 6 pm and one of the service advisers was leaving for the day. Coat on and bag in hand on her way out the door. Her name is Heather. She could of passed me off to someone else and she didn't. Took my vehicle in and took care of all my issues. Moreover, her personallity and the way she made me feel like I was important.
