There were a few hurdles but unlike the first dealership, everyone at North York Chrysler was willing to give it their all to help me over them. Unhelpful and Costly Today, I was charged $50 for the following: the mechanic turned my lights on, placed the car in reverse, and told me nothing was wrong. My service at this dealership has always been spotty, and they continually charge me lots of money for add on services that I did not ask for. My last visit was two weeks ago. The representative that I worked with told me the car would be ready in a couple of hours. I came in at 10 am, my car was ready to go by 6:00 pm. This dealership does not appreciate it's customers, and most importantly, they continue to charge their customers ridiculous amounts of money. I do not recommend this dealership. More

My advisor updated me consistently; and as soon as she realized that I wouldn't have it by the end of the day she held a rental for me to come and get, so that there was no delay in me being without a vehicle. Every time I go in there, everyone is attentive and friendly. I've always had a great experience and believe they are amazing with customer service. It has been easy to communicate with them and be understood of what you require or your concerns. More

A potential disaster could be happen , again I found another harness not properly fit , beside that the engine cover was cracked , all this for me has just one clue, not a perfect job , I've lost the level of my confidence .....
