I have always been treated with respect and NEVER have I received a negative attitude. All the advisers are well educated with any questions I have had on recalls or service issues. A potential disaster could be happen , again I found another harness not properly fit , beside that the engine cover was cracked , all this for me has just one clue, not a perfect job , I've lost the level of my confidence ..... If I am being asked , do I recommend this dealer ship , I say not for heavy repair... More

Considerate, Responsive Service We purchased our 2012 Fiat from North York Fiat but have it serviced in Kingston where we live. While in Toronto for a short stay we ran into car problems and had it towed to the original dealership for service. Our service adviser was Paulo and he was excellent. He knew we were trying to get back to Kingston and kept us informed of all issues and provided time estimates whenever possible. If we lived closer we would certainly use this dealership for regular service. More
