I had to let my car stay in the dealership that day, and not being familiar with TTC, I was very late. I haven't experienced such dedication and such great customer service anywhere else and it was Heather who made me believe I can expect surprisingly kind and beyond professional service in my dealership. There were a few hurdles but unlike the first dealership, everyone at North York Chrysler was willing to give it their all to help me over them. Unhelpful and Costly Today, I was charged $50 for the following: the mechanic turned my lights on, placed the car in reverse, and told me nothing was wrong. My service at this dealership has always been spotty, and they continually charge me lots of money for add on services that I did not ask for. My last visit was two weeks ago. The representative that I worked with told me the car would be ready in a couple of hours. I came in at 10 am, my car was ready to go by 6:00 pm. This dealership does not appreciate it's customers, and most importantly, they continue to charge their customers ridiculous amounts of money. I do not recommend this dealership. More
