WOW - THE BEST SERVICE IN CANADA!!!! In all my years, I have never came across a dealership that understands service. This has got to be hands down the BEST dealership in Canada!!! I am here temporarily from Alberta &my Fiat engine light came on.... From the moment that I called in to the dealership and spoke to Tim and Will I was treated with respect, my issues were listened to and they assured to me that I would be taken care of - even being from out of province. Looked up my warranty and noticed that I was able to have a loaner as I told them I had an out of town family reunion & did not want to miss this due to not having a car. No question this was taken care for me... Tim, Will, Jon & the team are ALL amazing... While I was waiting for my rental details to be worked out, They gave me a FREE breakfast voucher for their in house kitchen. The kitchen staff were polite, the service boys that move the cars were nice, every single person that I came in contact with was above and beyond!!!! I will be recommending this dealership to EVERYONE and ANYONE that will listen to me. My time here in Ontario will be short, but if I do ever have to come back this is the place to come - hands down. The last time I was there was a recall on my stereo they had to switch it and put a new one. My mistake was I never took the kids CD out and they sheep it with my CD . I mentioned to them that this CD is very important for my kids and they mad sure Ill get it back !!! Thank you so much HEATER LEONARA for getting it back to me . Amazing customer service !! More

When I returned a second time with a male friend he was the one who was addressed upon entering the building. I put a down-payment on a car I was told would be ready in 3 days and it ended up taking 6 days. I booked days off work to pick up the car in North York and every time I was the one who called around noon (because my sales representative had not contacted me as planned) only to be told the car was still not ready. The only compensation I was offered was a $100 gas card but I chose to cancel the deal. It was extremely stressful, phone conversations always ended quickly without addressing my concerns and not once did my sales representative apologize. More

Problem with the used car I bought. After the usual sale/purchase of my vehicle I drove it home ( 1-1/2 hours) I noticed an unusual sound from the rear of the car.I took the car to my lo After the usual sale/purchase of my vehicle I drove it home ( 1-1/2 hours) I noticed an unusual sound from the rear of the car.I took the car to my local service centre for an evaluation. The mechanic told me that although two of the tires were out of balance, the main problem was with the differential. Having paid $1500. dollars for a 2 year warranty, I expected that the differential would be covered, according to my contract. However, after several discussions with Nationwide, they refused to cover the repair to the differential, stating that the problem was preexisting and not caused through wear. They suggested that I talk to the dealership.I strenuously objected to Nationwide's position, stating that I purchased this warranty to take care of such situations. However, I was fortunate enough to contact Brian Hoecht, General Manager of NorthYork Chrysler. Brian took up the problem on my behalf and after much deliberation, agreed to assume the cost of a new differential. I'm extremely grateful to Brian. More

We purchased a new one 4 years ago, and when we heard that they were discontinuing the Caravan, we decided we wanted a new one. We received an email about the "special offering" that they were holding in March so decided to check it out. We were greeted warmly, and quickly directed to a salesman, who turned out to be Michael Dastranj. Michael tirelessly answered our many questions and offered great ideas to help us make our choice.
