Excellent dealership except.. This was my dealership for many years before we moved last year. We have 2 Toyotas, a Prius and a Camry hybrid. I was in the area this week and stopped in for a GPS update. The only real problem we’ve had is with the GPS updates for my Camry. Nobody seems to know how they work and they cost between 200$ and 300$. Why have a GPS in your fairly expensive car with updates at these prices when you can buy a Garmin GPS with lifetime maps? But buying a Garmin for your car defeats the purpose of having a GPS integrated in your dash. The first update I got took about 6 months for them to figure out how it worked and to get the update. It didn’t work, so they sat me in the garage with the USB and i did it myself for 40$ Now I was informed that I needed a special disc and something else for the update and that it would cost over 300$. Go figure. This is the only complaint I have against Toyota that could entice us to change car brand when our next purchase comes around. Besides this issue excellent service and excellent cars. More

Unfortunately i have been very disappointed during my past few service experiences. Specifically I was told during my appointment that a follow-up call would be made to me with estimated cost of needed repairs and to set up the appointment. However the follow through was not done on Toyato’s end. I have also needed to wait more than 30 minutes after my car was ready as service did not have the paperwork ready. Previously estimates and cost were ready with my vehicle. I seem to be dealing with different service people who are infamiliar with vehicle. More

The staff are so friendly and helpful AND they serve fruit and coffee while I wait for FREE car washes! I am driven to work when I have my seasonal tire change visits by friendly staff and the service of my vehicle is second to none. I love their product so much I went in for a seasonal tire change and left upgrading from a Corolla Sport to a RAV Trail Edition. Nothing but praise from this happy customer. More

I read the coupon and it appeared to say to redeem when service was due, not bring in immediately because supply is limited. Unfortunately when I got up to the counter I was told that the lanterns were gone and I should have come in as soon as I got the coupon. Very disappointed because I booked my next service on line immdediately upon receiving the coupon and made a note in the booking that I had a coupon. Now I don't get one and I like my freebies. Also as a lease customer with my purchase on file at the dealership I'm assuming that when I give my Aeroplan number once it stays with the file and links to anything I do, but I asked if my Aeroplan number was attached to the service i had done that day and was told it was not and again was not on file. Again I'm disappointed because now I don't know if I received my points with the last 2 services I had done. I want to be a loyal Toyota customer and do find the staff to be friendly, but am frustrated when these little things don't seem to be done or considered. More
