Terrible service and no accoutability Purchased 2016 Rav4 new, told 1st oil change was free, when time to change was told that the cost was 133.00. went to get trailer hitch $1300 was thei Purchased 2016 Rav4 new, told 1st oil change was free, when time to change was told that the cost was 133.00. went to get trailer hitch $1300 was their price, major competitor installed for $500. In Dec started to blow icu-ig3 fuses, had to be towed to dealer replaced fuse and said all fixed. 5 days later same fuse blew, towed to dealer again. Had vehicle for 4 days replaced fuse and said nothing is wrong but they said it could be aftermarket wiring for trailer hitch. Drove to Timmins 3 days later and fuse blew again. Towed to dealer in Timmins, had vehicle for 2 weeks and finally Toyota engineer from Toronto found wiring harness to front bumper defective. Service manager from North Bay dealership still doesn't believe that his service was faulty. More

In particular, Derek was very professional and explained all the paper work and communicated with me everything that was to be done on the day, and even arranged for a car to pick me up when my car was finished! Amazing experience and I will always continue to come back :) More

After dropping vehicle off I was driven home and 3hours later Michael called to tell me my car was ready and they would send a car for me. Sure enough 10mins a driver was at my door.
