Lease buyout Although I was not informed of all the requirements of the lease at the beginning, Dawn made the buyout process easy. I would have liked to trade in for a new hybrid and the salesman did communicate, however I feel like more could have been done other than: "No there will be too much negative equity." The only thing I will mention is that I live near Barrie Ontario and drove up to North Bay to buy the vehicle. When I returned over the next few days I noticed dripping oil all over my driveway and could see engine oil dripping from the right front area of the motor. Mike arranged for a service appointment which I then had to drive back up only to discover that an O ring had been left off the oil filter causing the leak. An easy fix but inconvenient to drive a total of 6 hrs for something that should not have happened. In any event we are glad for the car. Thanks. Jk More
