The next day I made my decision and went back.Once again I felt no pressure which really helped me make the decision and then spoke with the lady about the financing and we came to a agreement. not happy I am not happy with the service i received. My alternator and battery fried AGAIN and i wanted them to find out why, Not just bandaid fix it and re I am not happy with the service i received. My alternator and battery fried AGAIN and i wanted them to find out why, Not just bandaid fix it and replace the parts AGAIN ... so i end up with an over 800 dollar bill for doing what any garage could have done. I deliberately took it to the dealer as they are supposed to have the toyota experts and paid the much higher prices to find out why. They did nothing but put in the new parts which I could have done at any garage much much cheaper. Yes up front I told them why i brought it to toyota. So in a year and a half or so I will have to go back for warranty work and pay for another rental car and lose time off work again because the issue wasnt fixed .. just parts replaced. I then had to "discuss" additional charges that were not quoted to me, Not happy. More
