Always very impressed with friendly staff and work performed on my vehicle. My drive is 3 hrs to get to North Bay and it's well worth it every time. Warranty appointment to fix an annoying rattle. It wasn't an easy thing to find and isolate. They found it & fixed it to my satisfaction. Happy with all whom I dealt with in service dept. Wasn't aware of two tire change is free if it was done at the same time as servicing vehicle There are no car wash during the pendamic but other car dealership has that service. Staff is polite but speed of service is poor! Booked extended warranty repairs in August. November and they still had not confirmed. Brought back twice this month to have repairs addressed.
