My first visit was a total disaster. Certainly there was some poor communications and I was left in shock. I could not believe my experience. I did however forge ahead and Thanks to the professionalism of Dan Moore, Leo DeCosta and especially Jordan Tobin I had all of my concerns addressed. All of this to say that this team truly cares about their customers and will make every effort to reach out and listen to what is being said before letting you know in a friendly way how things work and why things may not happen as you would have liked based on todays norm.. I rated them as 4 star for a few reasons. One is that some people do not believe in five star so will not read what is written. My experience based on my initial visit was Great 4.8 star for certain. Sometimes we just need to move away from something we do not understand and look at again with a clearer view. Again a Great Big Thanks you to the team mentioned above for making this a Great , Great Experience and I do feel a part of the New Roads Subaru family . More
