Purchased my 2019 Wrx, I belive the gentleman’s name was Andrew. Pre sale was wonderful , took me a while to find the “right” vehicle, after I decided to purchase, customer service was extremely lacking fro Andrew. Pre sale was wonderful , took me a while to find the “right” vehicle, after I decided to purchase, customer service was extremely lacking from sales person, barely said hello when I made the 3 hour drive to get my vehicle, half a tank of gas on pickup, did not have both sets of keys, the only good thing about the experience was getting the car and Leo in finance, the guy is amazing and honest. When I picked up the vehicle , I did not get a walk around, was not shown a THING inside the vehicle, literally gave me a key and was sending me on my way, except my cousin stepped and asked a few questions, the guy was not excited AT ALL, I don’t expect fireworks but a hello when I walk in and a possibly walk around would be great and maybe a smile? Goes a long way. My parents bough a Subaru a year after and I refused to recommend this dealership, they went to London Subaru and WOW, they still hear from their sales person after months as a check in to make sure their happy. I regret heavily not going to London and spend a little more money and maybe a full tank of gas. The sales guy was so memorable that I can’t remember his name. More
