Customer Service was very important to them, as it is to us, as MacIver was the ONLY dealership that took the time to do the research, find the vehicle we wanted, and met our price range for our, now, 2013 Dodge Journey. We could not be more pleased with our vehicle or the service we received. Our only drawback as Senior Citizens is getting familiar with the electronic systems of the vehicle. For these reasons we give MacIver a PERFECT score. After having to make a 3 hour drive, one-way, to get to MacIver, we would not only RECOMMEND others to the dealership, but will certainly RETURN there again for quality service, friendliness and a timely delivery. Have dealt with Garry for my last 5 vehicles or more. He is the reason I drive Chrysler products. He is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is a great story, 2 weeks ago we bought a used Town and Country with 32,000 kms on it. Within a week and a half we had it back to the dealer for stow and go seats, cruise control and airbag light, and engine check control. We were very dissatisfied with vehicle, and we called Garry and told him we didn't want the vehicle anymore. He told us to come in and talk to him and we would figure something out. We ended up trading it back in for a 2013 Journey, which we are very pleased with. Thanks to Garry he made us feel at ease and we are very satisfied with our new vehicle.
