Upon my second visit, Jennifer was not working but Adam was very welcoming and answered all of our questions. We were concerned about stains that were on the seats and they assured us that they would do their very best to remove them prior to our picking up the car. Anna was great with explaining the additional warranty that was offered and other items available. She explained in detail what is required of me in order to pick up the vehicle. Upon pick up Adam was there to walk us thru the steps and review all the components of our Chevrolet Cruze. I am very happy with the lack of high pressure sales tactics and the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thanks to all for a great experience. More

Great experience buying a new 2017 Camaro! Do not know their products and can't be bothered to find out I recently purchased a new 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD from NewRoads. Included with this truck was the new GMC 5th Wheel Hitch Prep Package. Prior to picki I recently purchased a new 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD from NewRoads. Included with this truck was the new GMC 5th Wheel Hitch Prep Package. Prior to picking up the Truck, I repeatedly asked what size Bolts do I need to bolt my 5th Wheel Hitch to this 5th Wheel Hitch Prep Package, explaining I needed to tow my 5th Wheel, 2 days later. It turns out this Prep Package will only accept a special hitch available from GMC, that NewRoads knew nothing about. After picking up the Truck and seeing it wouldn't accept ANY Bolts, I contacted a Trailer company recommended by NewRoads and was told it would take several weeks to get one and cost $3,000, That day I had no option but to return my new Truck and get my old Truck back to tow my 5th Wheel. Once I got to the bottom of what was required, I ordered this special Hitch from Georgian GMC, and picked up my new Truck, showing them the Hitch that was required, which NewRoads still didn't know about, and took the approach that I should have known all about this Hitch... When ordering the new Truck, I inquired about an extended service package and was told there wasn't one available. 1 week later I emailed the Sales Rep, to advise there appeared to be extended service package available from GMC US, was it in Canada. 1 week later I sent an internet link with the details of that extended service package, asking was it available for my truck and in Canada.. 5 weeks later, 1 week after initially picking up my truck NewRoads provided the full details and costs, of this extended service package and yes it was available... There were 2 other similar issues with NewRoads, but I don't want to bore you further. In summation, make sure you know excactly what you are getting from Newroads. More
