My experience in working with the staff at NewRoads Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC was one that I will not forget and all for the best reasons. I live quite a distance from the dealership and it is quite a drive for me to get up to New Market, however they are well worth the trip. The sales representative I had the pleasure of working with was Christine DeVilla and she was exceptional in the amount of detail she provided me and answering any and all questions I had about the 2013 Cadillac ATS that had caught my eye online. Being such a distance from the dealership I had requested that she send me photos of the car and provide details over text, phone and email. Christine was phenomenal in her follow ups and provided all the information I needed to assure me that the car was what I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership she was waiting and ready to show me the car. The car itself was in fantastic shape for a 3 year old car with over 80K kms on it. I was extremely impressed at the condition they had bought it in. I remember thinking to myself that clearly they had a high standard for the vehicles they put out on thier lot. It took one test drive and I was sitting down with Christine and Alex talking numbers. Alex Schaffernicht, the used car vehicle manager, was a great pleasure to work with as well. He was extremely knowledgable and honest. I like to think that I know a little about cars, but at the end of the day I am not a seasoned owner, this was my first car purchase after all. So to work with a team like Christine and Alex who sat with me and discussed the purchase, who were straight forward and accommodating, it was a pleasure. It was not long before we came to a fair agreement and I was signing the papers to purchase my first car. This bring me to my next point, the price of their cars. I had been looking for quite some time and I have to say that honestly NewRoads prices their cars very competitively. I walked into some dealerships and was surprised at the prices and I could not justify them. But NewRoads I have no doubt puts a lot of effort into analyzing the market and pricing their cars accordingly to present a fair price. When all was said and done, Anna Simhovich the finance manager I was introduced to, was very helpful and organized everything to ensure that I got the car at a great rate and all finances were in order. I also had the pleasure of working with Sarah Lacktin who closed the deal and sent me on my way with all the necessary documentation for my new car. Now I say new because...well, it looked like brand new. This brings me to my next reason why I enjoyed NewRoads so much and that is the work they did to get the car ready for me to drive off their lot. On the day of delivery Christine was waiting in the lot beside the car, keys in hand. She handed over the keys and walked me through everything they did to prep the car for delivery. Everything that we had discussed during our sales meeting was delivered upon, that and more. I was so impressed that I had to ask for the contact details of the people they used to work on and detail the car to ready it. It was so pristine, I felt like I was driving a brand new Cadillac off the lot. So, would I recommend NewRoads Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC? Absolutely. I'm sure that everyone remembers the first car they bought. I bought my first car here and it was a great experience, no doubt one I'll remember for the rest of my life. To those that are looking or will be looking for a new set of wheels, new or used, you're going to want to check them out, I am so glad I did.
