Service Departmemt I recently had my car in for a pretty major repair and was introduced to Jason in Service. He immediately made me feel at ease and provided me with al I recently had my car in for a pretty major repair and was introduced to Jason in Service. He immediately made me feel at ease and provided me with all of the information needed to alleviate any stress. It was determined pretty quickly that a special part was needed and that it might take a few days for the repair. Jason immediately contacted Enterprise, and after assessing my families needs, assisted in obtaining the right short term vehicle. A ride was offered to pick up the rental and the transition went smoothly. The part took a few days to ship but I was updated regularly on the status. Once arrived the repair happened right away. Due to the longevity of the process I received a follow up call from Nunzio (Service Manager). I was surprised that he took the time to reassure me that they were making this a priority and that I would continually be updated. I received the good news that everything was completed and that the cost was not as high as originally anticipated. I am grateful that I serviced my car at this particular location. The service employees that I dealt with were honest and efficient and would highly recommend to anyone. They turned an otherwise stressful situation into great experience. More

All of these individuals really turned me off of purchasing from their dealership. Ray was very kind, explained everything in depth. And the car was so decently priced that we didn't feel it necessary to negotiate the price. I am not sure if the dealership necessarily partakes in negotiations. Joani was also very pleasant in the finance department. We have been driving the car for a month and we love it. There were a few scratches on the rear of the car prior to purchasing. We pointed them out believing that it may get us a lower price on the car. The manager came and said that the car was priced in the manner that it was because of the scratches and that was why it was a deal. However, during signing of the contracts, the manager came and told us that their individual who they have come in to buff out scratches had fixed the scratches on our rear for free! Overall amazing experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for some honest and just nice acting salespeople. More
