I would like to acknowledge my service advisor, Marc Murphy, who makes dealing with your company seamless by offering help above and beyond. He sets reasonable timelines for my car to be serviced. He is always in a good mood and pleasant to deal with. He also buffers the fleet company's endless whining, complaining and even waiting long periods to approve items on their part. He fights to get solutions that everyone is happy with that are cost conscious yet appropriate. Marc always does his best no matter what the situation and makes you feel comfortable regardless.
