We did try our best to make it up to you, we did help you get out a tow truck the next day and we also gave you a complimentary replacement 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV to drive for a couple of days while your vehicle was being repaired. As we let you know you had talked to our Call Centre, not the store which gave you the 1.5-week time frame not to mention it was the first week of being open so they were not sure what the right process was.
