They made the whole experience so easy that when I needed a 2nd vehicle I didn't hesitate in 2008. Fast forward to this week. I bought my Girlfriend a older used SUV for her first vehicle 10 months ago from a Dealer in Toronto where she lived. It sucked. The vehicle was a lemon and basically the dealer told us we were on our own. Finally enough was enough and we headed up to Theo Motors, which has expanded to 2 Dealerships and also known as Most Wanted Cars, and looked around. Searching the internet site I already had a few in mind. The Salesman AL Lester was great and after a test drive and going over all the important stuff at dinner my Girlfriend decided to purchase my 3rd vehicle and her 1st. Raj Nakra the Owner has been there all 3 times going over the financing/history/warranty (if needed) and the little things you would never think of with the perfect blend of professionalism and well humour to make the buying experience a pleasure and worrisome free as possible. I had a bit of engine trouble a few days after purchasing and Theo Motors replaced multiple components not covered in the safety warranty for no cost to me whatsoever. While servicing the vehicle, I was given a brand new vehicle to drive also at no cost. It is clear that the folks at Theo Motors care about customer experience above everything else. My first car buying experience I just bought a Nissan Versa from Theo Motors and agree with other comments that it was a great experience. This was my first car so I must admit that I had a lot of apprehension about being hustled. I went in and the sales guy wasn't an old hustler with a smoking jacket. It was a younger guy, named Damien. Anyway, I tested the Versa, I loved it. It was clean, very few kms, and felt like a new car. I went and tested some new cars at the Nissan dealership and went back to Theo Motors because it was essentially the same car for half the price. When I went back I was really impressed that Damien remembered me and my situation and I bought it that afternoon. Also, Damien set me up with a great financing rate which made more sense than what dealership offered. A+ More

In fact, Damien was so upfront he even stated the car was priced wrong (which was verified by other ads) but would honour the price I was stated. And if that isn't enough honesty, Damien also ended up putting on new brakes and rubber before I picked up the vehicle. Even after purchasing Damien had been more than gracious in answering questions and pointing me in the right direction. Truly a people first person and more than worthy of praise.
