The worst dealership ever. The manager and salesperson are liars. I made a deposit today for a car and then this is the text I received from the salesperson. Good evening, Our apologies sir, there was a system glitch and the car was already registered under another customer name.. we will not be able to sell you this particular car. The earliest one coming in is april mid.. we can show u some more options and if not with all respect you can come by and take back the deposit. Again our apologies. Thank you The manager was very arrogant and showed attitude for no reason. I didn't feel welcome there. I don't know why Honda hired him. He should be reported and fired. I would not recommend anyone visiting this dealership. This has been the worst experience of my entire life. I am going file a customer complaint against the manager and the salesperson to the HR and higher authorities. More
I have been dealing with Mississauga Honda for almost 20 years. I have purchased 4 cars from them. Seems like their service is going down year by year. unfortunately my CRV got into an accident on 4 th Nov years. I have purchased 4 cars from them. Seems like their service is going down year by year. unfortunately my CRV got into an accident on 4 th Nov 2021. I had bought an extended warranty on it. I called them 4 times left voice mails sent 3 emails and went down their personally to cancel the extended warranty and refund my money. Till date nobody has bothered to do anything. I am still waiting. I never received answer to my emails and voice mails. I guess that they don't give a xxxx about loyal costumers. still waiiittttiiiing and frustrated. More
One of the worst places to go for any kind of service. They just try to ROB you for your hard earned money. Honda has extended warranty for all 2016 to 2018 models for AC due to some leakage A service. They just try to ROB you for your hard earned money. Honda has extended warranty for all 2016 to 2018 models for AC due to some leakage AC will stop working. It should have been done free but they charged me diagnostic fee and asked me to replace both AC lines condenser etc and cost to do that all is 1900$ Paid the diagnostic fee took my car to my mechanic costed me 50$ for AC Gas fill up and its working fine since then. Try to stay away from them as they will try to rob you for everything they can. I will contact Honda Canada and inform them for this scam they are running More
This is all stemming from a car I purchased through Mississauga Honda less than 20KM ago. Last week 4/20/21 I took a perfectly operating car in to have my winter tires removed & balanced. After about 2 Mississauga Honda less than 20KM ago. Last week 4/20/21 I took a perfectly operating car in to have my winter tires removed & balanced. After about 20 seconds on the road I could tell it was listing to the left. They invited me to bring it back in and they will look at it for 200.00 plus under their maintenance plan. I opted for this which turned into a high pressure situation where they call with your car on a hydraulic lift and force you to make a decision about changing other parts on the vehicle ie rotors & brake lines. Which they make you feel like it was something you did wrong through neglect and irresponsible car ownership. That being said I told them to go ahead and make the changes. With all that being said and a grand later my car is still pulling to the left so I'm right back where I started. My take away is that their sales team is overselling their mechanics capabilities. I second opinion would be in order when visiting them... More

Words can not describe how happy I am with Mississauga Honda. Derek the service advisor and Brent the head mechanic are superb. AFTER my brand new Honda had a computer failure and another dealerships in M Honda. Derek the service advisor and Brent the head mechanic are superb. AFTER my brand new Honda had a computer failure and another dealerships in Meadowvale kept my car for almost a month claiming they are working on it ..yes a MONTH and did absolutely nothing but trying to scam me for 4000 prepayment on parts I didn't need claiming its NOT warranty i went to Derek at Mississauga Honda and had a chat with him. Despite NOT being a client there since I bought the car somewhere else he took time to talk to me and explain my my options on how to fix the car. After the chat and seeing how well they treat me ive taken the car from the other dealer and brought it here. I had a good chat with Brent who id an amazing mechanic and the next day the car was FIXED!!!. They did in ONE day what the other dealership in Meadowvale couldn't do for a month of keeping the car all while telling me I need to be without car for another 2 months and spend countless 1000s of dollars. Derek stayed in constant communication with me. Answered all my questions as did Brent. Didn't let me worry or panic or stress. Everything was explained to me how why and when it happened. I was shocked ..absolutely shocked at the quality of service provided. Its amazing. Everything is transparent. Brent and Derek are legends imho and they owner of mississauga honda should keep them forever 😆 because with people like this you never have to worry about lack of clients. They have restored my faith in Honda servixe which was utterly shattered by the dealer from Meadowvale. Worth mentioning is as well is their parts counter. Carlos who runs it is a great guy who spend like half hour with me going thru diagrams looking for a tiny little plastic cover for a socket just so I could order it at 2.50 dollars. Its a 10 star service. And if the owner of that place reads this..you just won me over thanks to those guys and their work. Best Christmas gift I could wish for!!!..I hope Santa will bring them nice bonus for Christmas 😁 More
