We were buying a truck to replace a written off vehicle following a serious accident. The fact is, we were not looking at a Honda at all, we just dropped in to compare a Pilot. Our Product Advisor Wayne was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us to identify our needs and matched them to the features of the vehicles. We still compared what was being offered with our local dealer, but in the end chose to deal with Wayne Benoit at Mississauga Honda as a result of our interaction with all of their staff and their service capabilities. Even when we went to pick up our new Odyssey Touring, Wayne had shaped the delivery of the vehicle to make it a family experience for our young children. I would highly recommend Wayne Benoit and the Mississauga Honda dealership if you are even considering a Honda. More
Let me start by saying I have never purchased or even driven an import EVER prior to this purchase. I was all but ready to buy a 2011 Chevy Cruze but was shocked when they dealer told me it was going to driven an import EVER prior to this purchase. So reluctantly I walked over to the Nissan, Toyota and Honda dealerships. It was at the Honda dealership where I met Umi. Umi was pleasant, well spoken, extremely knowledgeable and VERY patient. He understood the dilema I had with buying an import and even explained how the civic and most of it's parts are built in Canada. He eased me through the sale and was very accommodating. Even when the Nissan Sentra came in $60 a month cheaper then the civic, Umi was able to sell me on the benifits and post sales service that comes with every Honda. More

The sales guy didnt give complete information. They did not reveal the warranty information when they were negotiating the cost. Then after I gave the offer (which was peanuts below their selling price) not reveal the warranty information when they were negotiating the cost. Then after I gave the offer (which was peanuts below their selling price), the oversmart sales manager comes in and starts arguing that the dealership makes less than $150 in profit per car. I mean common... if Honda Motor Company makes 24% average profit - you are not definitely telling the truth... I know these people nego small deals everyday - but they should really learn to nego in gracefully. Sales manager repeated many times - that there are many people besides you- who are ready to buy the car at higher price. It came down to a argument over a $140 accessory with sales-manager. This really spoiled the whole experience. $140 price nego over a car worth $28000. I let his ego win the $140 nego, just to get over with the whole thing. Real disappointment came -when I checked the real prices of accessories - $140 item actually costs $20 in a reputed showroom. Now I am feeling completely cheated on the prices front. After I paid the advance, sales-operation people keep turning up more hidden costs - and keep trying to sell you more warranties and insurances over insurances. I almost snapped at this point. The whole time spent in the dealership was 5hrs-40 min ... Noone had the decency to offer coffee/water... I have bought three Hondas before - one in Japan and two in India. I thought the quality of sales experience was very nice there and had a certain standards in communication and ethics. Even though I bought the car - It took me about 6 hrs. I felt cheated by overall price. very disappointed by the whole experience. Three times I was on the verge of getting out of the place. Only reason I went ahead with the purchase is that I know Honda directly. ( I had a direct relation with Honda R&D in Japan in my previous work). And I know that they have a good work ethic. Seems like in Canada - you have to BUY a Honda. They DONT want to sell it. More
We are an all Honda Family, with all our cars coming from Mississauga Honda. From day one of our relationship with this dealer my family has felt comfortable dealing with them, we have never felt like we are just a number. We cannot say enough good things about this dealer and the staff, we as a family recommend them all the time to our friends. Just bought my new Accord 2 days ago, had a minor issue and was driving by the dealership and stopped in to see if they had time to look at the problem. 20 minutes later "Back on the road again" problem solved, thats Mississauga Honda and why we as a family will stay dealing with them. We live 1 hour from the dealer and have a local Honda dealer here in our town, we still do the 1 hour drive to get the cars worked on. Keep up the excellent work Pat and Staff, your loyalty to us has our loyalty to you and the dealership. Thanks More
Overall i had a great experience at Mississauga Honda.
