He was very knowledgeable and understood immediately what we were looking for in a second vehicle. He invited my wife to test drive the used 2012 Mercedes-Benz C250 4MATIC Sedan that she liked and went with her explaining the features. Last Saturday, together we met with Adam and test drove the vehicle being considered. I was also impressed with Adam's competent business approach as well as his friendly manner. We agreed to purchase the vehicle. During the week before finalizing the purchase we considered the extended warranty offered by Mercedes-Benz as well as another third party warranty. We spoke with Adam by telephone and mentioned that we were considering taking a warranty with another carrier. He asked that we send him the information so that he could look at the particulars. It became clear that Mercedes-Benz was the best extended warranty to purchase which we did today when we met to finalize and pick up my wife's vehicle. Again, thanks to due diligence by your sales staff we have a solid Mercedes-Benz extended warranty on her C250 sedan. A very knowledgeable sales man! I've been a Mercedes owner for about 10 years now (only the best: the S-Class), but recently I went in the London dealership to discuss the options of I've been a Mercedes owner for about 10 years now (only the best: the S-Class), but recently I went in the London dealership to discuss the options of the new 2014 GLK350 and Mr. Robinson has done a superbly great job at it. Mike explained everything about the vehicle and he showed me about its features as well. Mr. Robinson may as well be a Mercedes Professor -- he conducted a great on-hand lecture about the GLK features and he recommended what my GLK should come with, knowing that I am well used to all the features what a fully loaded S-Class comes with. Although I ended up not progressing with the purchase of a new vehicle for my wife, it will be Mike whom I will ask for advice and/or help regarding any of our future Mercedes-Benz purchases. Once again, thank you Mike for all you've done for me and my wife in the Majestic World of Mercedes-Benz. Nothing but the Best! More
