Her knowledge makes me feel comfortable that the whole Honda Team knows what they're doing. She is quick and pleasant. Dawn makes me feel like I am her only customer, focus is on me. My Service Advisor called with an update to repairs required and explained the reason for added work. My safety is well taken care of by Dawn. The shuttle service to my home allowed little interruption to my day. The repairs were done and were successful. A job well done! More

Dawn is my go to lady.She is great.My only beef this time for servicing was the car being detailed.My floor mats were not put back in place-they were Dawn is my go to lady.She is great.My only beef this time for servicing was the car being detailed.My floor mats were not put back in place-they were left in the trunk.My garage door opener was found buried in the glove department way at the back,all items in there had to be removed. before I found it.I am also pretty sure that my car was backed up into something while there for servicing as there is paint missing/smudged on the rear right bumper-I didn't do it.Any way,working with Dawn is always a pleasure,treat her right and make sure she gets a bonus(a big one lol) More

I'm frustrated because since I received my vehicle from the lot there has been a ding in the passenger side door which was promised several times by my sales rep to be fixed, I have learned that he has moved on to another job in the vehicle is not fixed. Which makes me kind of feel that after you pay for your car it doesn't matter what lies you're told because the money has already been spent in the deal is done. I continue to have a problem with my passenger seat which is continuously ignored and I guess I will continue to ask for the attention it deserves, it is not normal for a seat to wobble back-and-forth; an escalation is in order. Having made the mistake of purchasing a warranty which I never would have though I thought Honda with step up whatever problems seem to occur outside of our normal service repair are not taken seriously in fact several excuses are made as to why the customer Should suck it up. More
