I'm frustrated because since I received my vehicle from the lot there has been a ding in the passenger side door which was promised several times by my sales rep to be fixed, I have learned that he has moved on to another job in the vehicle is not fixed. Which makes me kind of feel that after you pay for your car it doesn't matter what lies you're told because the money has already been spent in the deal is done. I continue to have a problem with my passenger seat which is continuously ignored and I guess I will continue to ask for the attention it deserves, it is not normal for a seat to wobble back-and-forth; an escalation is in order. Having made the mistake of purchasing a warranty which I never would have though I thought Honda with step up whatever problems seem to occur outside of our normal service repair are not taken seriously in fact several excuses are made as to why the customer Should suck it up. More

THE WORST! Worst experience buying a car ever, and that's saying a lot as I have purchased several cars in Romanian car markets!! 1. APRIL 29-MAY 4, 2017: Fina Worst experience buying a car ever, and that's saying a lot as I have purchased several cars in Romanian car markets!! 1. APRIL 29-MAY 4, 2017: Financed a 2017 HRV EX-L Navi a) was told that with $5000 down, payment would be $207/biweekly (later was asked if I could do $214/biweekly, sure I said), for 84 months, it is important that the term is long so my payments will be lower b) asked how much car would be to purchase in cash all in - around $35K c) arrive at dealership, no offer of test drive, shown car w/out fuses d) set up financing, get the rustproofing $1700,and extended warranty $1688, and insurance (not mandatory car insurance) life and disability insurance for ~$5000 - ask if it is necessary, told that yes it is because I am financing, go on to find out that it is not, so I cancel it after the fact. e) With $7000 down instead of the original $5000, I am now paying $262/biweekly f) I left the dealership with my new car (which has scratches on the bumper, it was pouring rain on the date of delivery and it was not visible and who expects a brand new car to be scratched, called dealership and they offered to have it fixed at THEIR convenience, not mine) g) was only given a conditional sales agreement and not a BILL OF SALE, as they are obligated by law to provide, even the General Sales Manager was perplexed by this 2: MAY 12-15, 2017: a) I cancelled the $5000+ insurance which was not mandatory, I cancelled the $1688 extended warranty, which reduced my debt by $7000 only to be told that my payments will remain the same, just the term would be shortened. I made it very clear that agreed to 84 months to lower my payments b) Went in to see GM Steven Duong, was asked to wait in service area lounge, 2 hours later, I am told that he has left. They don't know when he will be in next, but I can make an appointment. I asked how can they make an appointment, when they don't know when he will be in next? Shrugged shoulder response. I was asked if I wanted to see the General Sales Manager, so I did, just to go through chain of command. No resolution. c) Won't even go into the fact that my car had 16 km but there is paper work that says 299, as this is some sort of "default" on all HONDA paper work for whatever reason (I was actually told by the salesman that the customers asked for this???) d) As far as the car, its just a raised compact sedan, and leaves A LOT to be desired comfort wise, especially for the price. I want to dissolve the contract, since the terms in the contract are no longer in effect, and give the car back and get my down payment back. **NOTE TO OWNERS: Do not even bother answering this review if you are going to give me a patronizing "We are sorry your for your unfortunate experience..." or some such fluff, as that does not resolve my issue.
