I was disappointed by the previous service I received regarding the stain removal on the back seat. I addressed my concerns - quality of job and their communication skills to customers, Michelle (service adviser at that time) paid attention to the issues. As she promised, work was done as soon as possible, I could see that they tried to remove the stains, even though the stains are not completely gone. I was pleased that they kept their words this time. More
