Unethical Practices The used car sales team had me put a deposit down on a car. After taking the car for a test drive, I decided that I did not want to purchase the car. The used car sales team had me put a deposit down on a car. After taking the car for a test drive, I decided that I did not want to purchase the car. The dealership is now fighting to keep my deposit as the rep asked me to sign a document to ensure that car would be held for me (to test drive) and is now stating that the paper I signed is actually an order form for the car and I am committed to buying it. I have left messages for the Sales Manager and the General Manager and no one has responded to me yet. Save yourselves time and money, I will never set foot in this dealership again unless it is to refund my money. More
