Disorganized service centre Service appointments take way longer than you are told. 2.5 hours for a winter tire swap, TPMS and wheel alignment. Promised 1.5 hours. Previous weekend I wait 2 hours before they told me my wheels were still in storage. The service centre employee said they will call me on the Monday, they never did. Eventually I had to make an appointment again and ask them to make sure the tires were there for the appointment. And these were all appointments when the Service Centre opened. The only reason I go there is because the next closest Honda dealership is too far. More
