Oil change & hiccup checks always friendly and fast service. Was able to get appointment that worked into my timeline. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was the sign on the back of the door when at finance window. It named the best to the 'loser' for helpfulness. I don't think it's fair to put the actual persons name for all to see. I actually liked the girl that helped me and she was the 'loser'. I don't think it is good for morale to have such words of description posted anywhere. Other than that my visit was excellent. More

Treated Better Than Family We have been using Meadowvale Honda to service our Hondas since it opened. Originally we brought our Pilot, Ridgeline and CRV, (bought before Meadowva We have been using Meadowvale Honda to service our Hondas since it opened. Originally we brought our Pilot, Ridgeline and CRV, (bought before Meadowvale opened) here because it was closst to home. However, as soon as we met Dawn our service advisor we knew that this was the place to be. Dawn knows our cars better than we do and has always had the right advice. The technicians are first rate. This summer when we traded in the Pilot and Ridgeline for new CRVs Daniel our sales rep made the experience as pleasurable as possible. More

Fast, Experienced - They Get the Service Job Done I have been dealing with Meadowvale Honda for service for more than 6 years and 250,000 km. Visit after visit has been done right. The high point was I have been dealing with Meadowvale Honda for service for more than 6 years and 250,000 km. Visit after visit has been done right. The high point was when they successfully diagnosed a noise in the suspension system, after I was hit from behind on Hwy 401; but everything else has been good, too. I have received instant and free assistance when I could not get the radio to work. [It was a codes thing]. And their shuttle service is as good as any I've seen. Like any machine, a car needs to be serviced. Meadowvale Honda has been the key player in ensuring that my vehicle is available 99.99% of the time. More

I get a voice msg today Sept 27th about my missed appts, appointments that Michelle their service advisor has been making. Found a car wanted to purchase, the sales person tried all the OLD car salesman tricks from the 80's, it was ridiculous then the manager came over and tried even more non-sense. You will to be talking to normal human beings, they don't know how to communicate professionally to customers, no customers service, just want to harass and push the sale. We left and I was harassed by them to come in and buy the car for several months later! Had to block them! What kind of a business is this? Very rude and unrealistic sales approaches. Do NOT waste your time even walking in there. Pointless and you will get NO where and not be able to buy a car with all the 80's weird sales tactics. They still think this works? It' s 2016 people!! Money centric with no personalization I took my Vehicle there fro regular service and also show the vibration the vehicle does when pressing the breaks. The van is is still under warranty and the vehicle vibrates when we press break but the lady was only interested in charging me stating that they would have to ascertain later if it is eligible under warranty. Very cold service and money centric service only interested in billing the client and finding more ways to make money without any regards to being fair and being informed. After service I took the vehicle to another dealer who not only did inspection put also did all the repair free under warranty and also provided free car wash with no questions asked . This just goes to show the kind of training and direction given between two dealers . More
