Unethical Practices The used car sales team had me put a deposit down on a car. After taking the car for a test drive, I decided that I did not want to purchase the car. The dealership is now fighting to keep my deposit as the rep asked me to sign a document to ensure that car would be held for me (to test drive) and is now stating that the paper I signed is actually an order form for the car and I am committed to buying it. I have left messages for the Sales Manager and the General Manager and no one has responded to me yet. Save yourselves time and money, I will never set foot in this dealership again unless it is to refund my money. More

I addressed my concerns - quality of job and their communication skills to customers, Michelle (service adviser at that time) paid attention to the issues. As she promised, work was done as soon as possible, I could see that they tried to remove the stains, even though the stains are not completely gone. I was pleased that they kept their words this time. More
