Bought a new Tiguan Originally in October of 2016 I was looking around at vechile a to lease or finance. They helped me by finding me the best deal and had me in my new car in less then a week. Recently being hit in a accident found not at fault, I was dealing with the headache of ICBC because the driver was non-insured with no valid drivers license. VW Called to offer me 0% interest on my 2017 Tiguan and I told them about my accident they only furthered the highest level of customer service by telling me they would deal with ICBC and have me in a new Tiguan by This weekend. I continually recommend VWs and I love mine. Coming from a household who all owned hondas, they never understood why I stayed true to the VW brand. It's nice that the Service Director himself, Chris, takes time to talk to the customers and hear their needs. All too often, I have met service people who do the "we're the experts, don't tell us what to do" mentality, but Chris and his staff take time to hear what we, the ones driving the cars daily, have to say about the problems the cars are having. This makes a lot of difference and enables much more accurate diagnosis of problems. More

Beware their service department! Avoid their service department! Wife and I both have new VW cars. When she went in for service they lost her keys (almost gave her a loaner because Avoid their service department! Wife and I both have new VW cars. I drop my car off for maintenance (costing $700), the morning after I pick up my car it dies on the highway!! Ends up somehow their service guy disturbed the ignition coils, burning out two of them. Lost a day of work to this problem., they offered a free oil change and a pair of wipers. While driving home from the dealership I hear a light thumping coming from the back of the car! After they look it over they can't find a problem! I've driven VWs for over a decade Maple Ridge VW service is the worst by far! I back VW 100%, but not this dealership! More

Excellent Service, went above and beyond expectations! I had an issue with one of my Volkswagen keys, as I had a new one made just over a year ago at Regency VW in coquitlam. Unfortunately at the time this I had an issue with one of my Volkswagen keys, as I had a new one made just over a year ago at Regency VW in coquitlam. Unfortunately at the time this key was made, the service department at regency did not bother to inform me that I should reprogram any other existing keys that I may have, as they will not work after programing a new controller. Installing multiple keys at the same time is requires no extra work, they simply forgot to mention that this needs to be done at the time. Fast forward a year later once my new key broke, I found out that my other keys no longer worked. I brought this to their attention with my reciepts and they failed to help me out. Luckily I called Maple ridge VW, as I have bought parts there in the past. The service manager Jessica was so understanding and sympathetic from the get go, she offered to have my keys reprogramed free of charge, even though this mistake has nothing to do with them (and was made by Regency VW). I live in coquitlam, which is why I had usually gone to Regency, but I will now make that extra trip out to Maple Ridge VW as the customer service and loyalty to their customers is unbeatable! More

I cannot remember the name of the person who greeted me right at the front door politely (not a pushy salesman) then redirected me to service as it is a little confusing if it's your first time there. I had call the day before to bring the car in before the warranty expires and Doug made sure I was being taken care of by asking the right questions to solve our recurring sunroof leaking problem. As the sunroof frame has been replaced 4 months ago, we sure thought that that was the cause again. However, before getting into the big labour of removing the roof, they quickly found out on the spot that one roof drain was clogged. They did the work on site for free taking a mechanic off another job to serve me right away. Solve the issue within 10 minutes and off I was. They didn't charge me anything for this quick fix. I sure will be returning to this location and so should you! More
