Surprised me. As a older woman, I'm constantly being "warned" don't go to a mechanic by myself, or a shop they'll take advantage. Thank you Doug DaCosta I needed to have my lug nuts unlocked because I couldn't find my security key. I went into Maple Ridge Volkswagen and saw Doug DaCosta. He helped me I needed to have my lug nuts unlocked because I couldn't find my security key. I went into Maple Ridge Volkswagen and saw Doug DaCosta. He helped me immediately and got a nice young apprentice to remove the locked nuts and put on regular lug nuts at no charge. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I really appreciate the excellent service.
