Fantastic Experience After months of searching for a vehicle on the island and a few infuriating trips to dealerships on the mainland I was ready to throw in the towel and After months of searching for a vehicle on the island and a few infuriating trips to dealerships on the mainland I was ready to throw in the towel and buy a bus pass, until I dealt with David at Maple Ridge Volkswagen. I'll have to admit, after having dealt with so many salesmen over the months I was a little obnoxious during the vehicle inquiry and negotiation process but David remained incredibly professional and polite, not to mention very accommodating; since I was coming from the island they even picked me up from the Ferry in the vehicle I was considering! When I arrived at the dealership there were no surprises; everything was laid out with our agreed upon price and the team worked diligently to accommodate my timeline of trying to catch the last ferry home - If it wasn't for their efficiency and hard work I can confidently say that I wouldn't be driving this car today... Honestly, these guys have unmatchable business ethics and have such a laid-back and courteous manner that it is incomparable to any other dealership; after dealing with so many others it was a surprising and refreshing experience. There are still some honest dealerships out there and Maple Ridge Volkswagen is one of them. More

From the first phone call David was very pleasant and helpful. We drove out to the dealership and went on a test drive. We were so glad David offered to come along as we didn't know the area and he helped take us on a great route that allowed us to test the vehicle properly. Although everything looked good we wanted to sleep on it. Never felt any pressure. After telephone and email correspondence we drove out again the next night and bought it. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and efficient, couldn't have asked for a better experience. More
