Another amazing experience at Maple Ridge VW It is with a very warm welcoming that I stepped again into the dealership, I was looking to trade in my 2015 GTI 3 doors (bought last year at Maple Ri It is with a very warm welcoming that I stepped again into the dealership, I was looking to trade in my 2015 GTI 3 doors (bought last year at Maple Ridge VW) to a 5 doors (due to family expending). Geoff was only working there for 2 weeks at the time and did a fantastic job. Knowing exactly what I wanted, Robert and Geoff teamed up to found the perfect GTI to replace mine with. Being a GTI lover to begin with I was very happy to see what they had to offer. They both took the time to answer all of my questions with professionalism. I was also very well taken care of during the process of purchasing my new GTI with the entire sales team checking on me. The purchasing process was very smooth, Lorne and Robert did everything they could to help me get the best deal. The Maple Ridge Volkswagen Sales people are very helpful in sharing the information I was looking for, no matter if it was technical information, price information or whatever VW related questions I had. Even with the Diesel scandal going on, they patiently helped me to get closer and closer to the decision what to do next when the buyback will be a fact, also in Canada. By now I know several/most of the options I have. The scandal dragged on, but the sales people never got pushy or frustrated with me. A Great Plus for Maple Ridge Volkswagen! More
