Rushed, forgot who I was. Very dissapointed in this dealership. Very unprofessional and overall hard to deal with. He didn't even remember me and I had bought my car the day before! Also my "free gift" was never given to me not was the link sent to me till a year later! Will claimed that since I had received something else with my car I was not eligible for the gift. He also said that I had to contact head office..well that was a lie because when I did contact head office they told me the dealership sent the links out...overall very poor customer service. Also the service department was very distasteful during my first few visits. The service advisor didn't believe me when I told him my car issue, he treated me like I was just some teenage girl who knows nothing. I had to request not to deal with him the next time i went in. I have wanted to write a letter to head office for a long time now..but haven't. I don't plan on ever taking my business to a dealership that gives away free gifts for good reviews. Very sad. More
