Great Customer Service. I walked into Maple Mazda after a less than stellar experience at another nearby Mazda dealership (at that dealership I was asked point blank whether I walked into Maple Mazda after a less than stellar experience at another nearby Mazda dealership (at that dealership I was asked point blank whether I was interested in buying the moment I met the salesman). I was pleasantly surprised to encounter a friendly and engaging environment at Maple Mazda. I was taken on a test drive by Doriann who answered all my questions and had a great customer centred approach. I was impressed by Doriann and found her confident and knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. I came back the next day after having decided to purchase from Maple Mazda and had a very positive buying experience.
