I was also introduced to Paul Joseph the sales manager who together with Akef made the numbers come together. Once that was done I met Bill Zabonas a very funny and pleasant man,who put my financing altogether making sure i understood. I felt like i was part of there family at the Maple Mazda Dealership. He really understands the needs of his customers, he makes his customers feel very comfortable and is never overbearing or aggressive. He has great interpersonal skills, which is very important in this type of business. He is the type of sales representative that inspires customers to keep coming back. He spent a lot of time with myself and my wife before and after the purchase. He never rushed or pushed us into making a decision. After our purchase, he spent considerable time explaining the features of the cars. This was very much appreciated. Bill Zabonas, the business manager was equally helpful and spent a great deal of time explaining various options. He was very enjoyable to talk to and like Fouad, he was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. When we did run into a few minor details, Paul was ready to listen and promptly respond to any issues or queries. Thirteen years after buying my first new car, I wanted nothing less then to move forward with ease, confidence and calm.
