Service that goes that extra mile! I've purchased 3 vehicles from Maclin and the reason I keep going back is the service. My service advisor Greg is fantastic I never seem to plan in advance for routine service appointments but Greg always seems to accommodate my request. Greg always makes me feel like a VIP and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thanks for the great service guys it is very much appreciated and is the reason I keep coming back to Maclin Ford. I also should mention Graham I purchased my vehicle from him over a year ago he was extremely professional during the sales process and I've recommended him to friends who have also purchased vehicles from him. Excellent customer service We recently moved to Calgary, and had not planned to purchase a car. Unfortunately our 2005 Yukon from Ontario failed the out-of-province inspection We recently moved to Calgary, and had not planned to purchase a car. Unfortunately our 2005 Yukon from Ontario failed the out-of-province inspection so we had to go shopping for another vehicle. When we came to Maclin Ford, Neil Pearson suggested we consider a low mileage 2007 Edge which had just come to the dealership as a trade-in. We test drove it and found it to be an excellent vehicle. Neil helped us negotiate a fair price. We told him on Wednesday that we'd really like to take delivery by Friday evening, and Neil made this happen. We are grateful for Neil's assistance, and will recommend him to our friends. More
