On the back end, Candace Fediuk was amazing to deal with. She had everything organized and ready to go for us when we came to pick up our vehicle. Very friendly and went through everything thoroughly to ensure we were completely satisfied with the decision. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership in the past 5 years. I was a little leery on using this dealership again as my first experience was certainly not like this. I am glad that i chose Maclin and would strongly recommend anyone looking for a Ford consider Bryce and Candace at Maclin. More

Excellent Experience t all started with the phone call experience when they knew what they were talking about and there was no bs. We booked an appointment and later the team manager called to tell me to ask for him in the event anyone was tied up. Loved it. Life got in the way and we cancelled that appointment, but we came back last night and spoke with Chris - he came up to us like a gentleman. We had gone to other dealers where they were either hard to find or like vultures, but Chris was the perfect in between. The service we had was impeccable going forward. We had Paul who put a lot of it together. He was incredibly helpful and informative and he explained things so well as it was our first new car. When we noticed a small flaw in the paint, they went above and beyond to fit the fix into our schedule. Our experience was above our expectations! They deserve more stars!! More
