Vehicle was returned to me with a rattling noise . After crawling under the vehicle to inspect the source of the rattling noise I found that one of the bolts that holds the skid plate in place was lo . After crawling under the vehicle to inspect the source of the rattling noise I found that one of the bolts that holds the skid plate in place was loose (I ended up tightening the bolt myself). Why was the skid plate even removed in the first place? In addition I received a notice in the mail from FORD Canada (the same day) that there was an outstanding recall on this vehicle (regarding the brake mater cylinder). Why did the shop not check for outstanding recall notices for my truck when it was in the shop? So now I have to arrange for another visit to have the recall issue addressed and this takes up my valuable time...not impressed at all...thinking of taking the truck to another dealership that is closer to my home More
Why did someone took our 2010 Ford Escape Manual? But last time our 2010 Escape Manual maybe used by your technicians and forget to put it back in the glove compartment I told him to make a complain but he is the shy type. Clutch Repair Customer service was excellent, and the turn around time was faster than they said. Al and Candace helped us through out the purchase process, they kept in touch by phone and email. On a pick-up day they let me leave my old written off vehicle in their lot for towing.Everybody offers you a coffee all the time at that place. More
